Project WisHope - Our Impact in 2020 and Beyond

Project WisHope is a Wisconsin-based, nonprofit Recovery Community Organization offering peer recovery support services and recovery housing for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Our mission is to provide resources, education, advocacy, and peer support to Wisconsin’s recovery community members, including those directly impacted by addiction and mental health conditions and their family members, friends, and allies.

We are committed to inspiring our recovery community members to become change agents within their communities by empowering each person to know that recovery is possible and that their story has the power to create positive and long-lasting change for themselves and others. We are led by a team of professionals who are in long-term recovery, too, and we are passionate about providing innovative, evidence-based programs and services to meet the needs of our Wisconsin families and communities.

Since opening our doors in 2016, Project WisHope has achieved the following:

Provided direct peer support services to 1,500 individuals

Enrolled 1,700 individuals in our Recovery Housing Program

Provided 160 scholarships for individuals to access free Recovery Housing

Produced 96 graduates of our Peer Recovery Coach Training

The following numbers reflect Project WisHope's performance in 2020
